A simple first step

Start Your Project

Thinking about building in Panama? Tell us where you are in the process and we'll help you work out the next step.

Your first consultation is completely free.

There is no obligation and no cost for us to listen, look at what you have and help you understand what the next step might be.

You don't need plans, a final budget or all the answers yet. If you're considering building in Panama and have questions about where to begin, that's enough.

A simple place to start

Tell us a little about your project.

Tell us a little about your project

For most people, this is the easiest place to start. Tell us a little about what you're thinking, where you're planning to build and roughly where you are in the process. That's enough for us to begin.

Just the basics:

  • Your name
  • Email or WhatsApp / telephone
  • Project location
  • Where you are in the process
  • A short description of what you have in mind

For attachments

Already have plans, photos or documents?

If you already have something you'd like us to look at, send it by email. Plans, sketches, photographs, PDFs or other project information are all useful.

You don't need to have everything figured out before contacting us.

For developers

Planning multiple units, a resort or staff accommodation?

If the project is about repeated or related units rather than one single home, start with the dedicated developer pathway.

This path is useful for:

  • resorts and boutique hotels
  • holiday-rental developments
  • retirement and residential communities
  • staff accommodation and phased projects

Before you decide how to build

See how the factory-built core works

A SEED home does not have to be a fully finished modular house. One option is to have the main structural core built in the factory and shipped to Panama, then complete the rest of the home locally.

Pan Pacific Interiors can also take care of cabinetry, kitchens, interiors and other finishing work where needed.

There are several ways to build. The right one depends on your land, your design and what makes the most sense for your project.

Want to know more about us first?

Absolutely. Take your time and have a look around first.

Read about our experience, see the independent Pan Pacific Interiors reviews, and learn how we approach building in Panama. If what we do makes sense to you, come back here whenever you're ready.

A short first step

Tell us what you're thinking

Send us the basics and we'll take it from there.

There is no charge for the first conversation and no obligation to go any further.

Planning a resort or multi-unit project? See how SEED approaches developer projects before completing the form.

A quick note: Please don't send passports, banking information or other sensitive documents through this form. If we need anything like that later, we'll explain the safest way to provide it.

Please provide an email address or a WhatsApp / telephone number. One is enough.

Please answer this simple question before sending.

Not Sure What to Send?

That's completely fine. Tell us what you know so far. You don't need finished plans, exact costs or all the answers before speaking with us.

We'll help you work out what the next step should be.

What Happens Next?

We'll first look at what you've sent and talk through what you're trying to achieve.

If we think some additional investigation is needed - for example, checking the land, regulations, engineering or other project details - we'll explain what is needed and what it will cost before doing anything.

You stay in control. We don't start paid work without discussing it with you first.

YOUR INFORMATION

We'll use the details you send to review your enquiry and contact you about your project. Sending this form doesn't commit you - or us - to starting a project.

International clients

International payment options

SEED works with clients and investors from different parts of the world. Normal project payments can be made through our established banking arrangements in Panama.

For international clients who prefer digital assets, cryptocurrency payment can also be arranged in advance, with a preference for established USD-denominated stablecoins where appropriate.

The payment method, digital asset, network and any conversion arrangement are agreed before funds are sent. Contracts, invoices and project accounting remain documented through the normal project process.
