James’s background spans decades in construction, design, manufacturing, renovation and project management, including major multi-million-dollar projects before coming to Panama.
For more than 12 years, that experience has also been applied here in Panama through real residential work, renovations, rebuilding, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, waterproofing, finishing and project coordination.
Working in Panama adds another layer of experience.

Then custom building may not be for you.
If you need to physically walk through the exact home before you can commit, an existing finished home or completed spec house may be a better choice.

They look at the team, previous work, independent reviews, plans, specifications, process and track record — then decide whether they trust the people who will create their home.
Other buyers need to physically walk through the exact finished house they are going to buy before they can commit.
If that is you, we would seriously consider buying an existing home or a completed spec house instead.
That gives you certainty about the exact rooms, finishes, views and feel of the home before you buy it.
There is nothing wrong with that.
It is simply a different buying model.
