What experience should you actually look for?
A polished presentation is not enough. Look at the people, the work they have actually done, independent reviews, how long they have worked in Panama and how they deal with the difficult parts of a project.
James Bradley brings more than 20 years of construction and related industry experience in Canada, followed by more than 12 years of hands-on work on homes in Panama.
What does that experience cover?
More than one construction method and more than one part of the home.
James was designing, building and managing major projects long before SEED Homes existed. In Panama, the work has included major renovations, extensive demolition, substantial rebuilding, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, cabinetry, sourcing, installation and project coordination.
That matters because problems often appear where one part of the project meets another: the kitchen and electrical plan, the drainage and site levels, the structure and finishes, or the delivery schedule and site readiness.

James’s background spans decades in construction, design, manufacturing, renovation and project management, including major multi-million-dollar projects before coming to Panama.
For more than 12 years, that experience has also been applied here in Panama through real residential work, renovations, rebuilding, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, waterproofing, finishing and project coordination.
Working in Panama adds another layer of experience. Moisture, waterproofing, material choices, trades, site conditions, finishing and coordination all matter.
The value of experience is not simply the number of years. It is knowing what to look for before an expensive problem develops.
