Home Designs

See a small sample of SEED Homes design concepts

These are design ideas and starting points for discussion, not a fixed catalogue.

SEED Homes designs custom homes around the client, the site and the project. The appropriate design and construction pathway depend on the site, budget, project goals, practical requirements, and agreed scope.

Four current design concepts

Coral, Driftwood Studio, Palms Villa and Oasis Villa

These examples show different ways a compact SEED concept can be organized. They are starting points only. A client can start from one of them, bring another plan, combine ideas or begin from a blank page.

SEED concept

Coral

A developed two-bedroom concept with a flexible bedroom-office, kitchen, living room, pantry-laundry, master bath, guest bath and entry foyer.

  • Two-bedroom concept
  • Flexible bedroom-office with Murphy-bed idea
  • Kitchen, living room and pantry-laundry
  • Master bath, guest bath and entry foyer

This is a design concept and starting point, not a completed show home or a fixed catalogue product.

SEED concept

Driftwood Studio

A compact one-bedroom-with-den concept with a master bedroom, den, kitchen, living and dining area, Jack and Jill bath, entry storage and patio relationship.

  • One bedroom plus den
  • Master bedroom and flexible den
  • Open living, dining and kitchen area
  • Jack and Jill bath and patio relationship

SEED concept

Palms Villa

A simple two-bedroom single-core concept with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, Jack and Jill bath, kitchen, dining, living and TV areas, and patios.

  • Two-bedroom layout
  • Master and guest bedrooms
  • Jack and Jill bathroom
  • Living, dining, TV areas and patios

SEED concept

Oasis Villa

A three-bedroom, two-bath single-core concept with a master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, walk-in closet, kitchen, dining and TV areas.

  • Three-bedroom layout
  • Master bedroom plus Bedrooms 2 and 3
  • Master bath and guest bath
  • Walk-in closet, kitchen, dining and TV areas

This is a higher-bedroom-count single-core example and is presented as one possible planning direction rather than the right fit for every project.

Build options

Compare build pathways without leaving the Models page

These build paths are here so you can keep comparing ideas without losing your place on the models gallery. The right choice depends on the land, the budget, the finish, and how the home needs to come together.

Factory-built core + local completion

Complete more of the structure in a controlled setting before it reaches Panama, then finish the home locally.

Best when controlled production, local finishing, and clearer project coordination matter most.

Modular / prefabricated

Use the search terms people already know while checking what they mean in practice.

Best when the buyer is comparing a factory-made starting point with a custom finish and wants the terms explained clearly.

Hybrid approaches

Combine factory-built parts with local installation, finishing, or site-specific work.

Best when one method alone does not fit the design, the site, or the way the home will be used.

Local construction

Build mainly on site with local teams, local sequencing, and a clear work plan for a single home.

Best when the project is a straightforward on-site house and the work can be managed clearly on the land.

Project-specific solutions

Use a tailored route for larger, mixed-use, or more specialized projects that go beyond a standard home.

Best for retirement complexes, medium-density housing, resorts, bed and breakfasts, second-income units, or grouped small-unit projects like a 20-unit resort development.

You can close this panel and continue reviewing the models immediately.

These are examples, not the limit.

SEED Homes can also discuss customized versions, different layouts, conventional construction, factory-built or hybrid construction, and site-specific designs. The right next step is to connect the design idea with the site, budget, construction pathway, practical details, and agreed scope.

Multi-unit projects

Need multiple units rather than one custom home?
