How SEED Homes Are Built
At SEED Homes LatAm, we’ve brought the entire construction process to Panama, combining Canadian engineering standards with local craftsmanship. Here’s how we bring your home to life:
1. Design & Engineering
Our journey starts with Canadian expertise. We utilize proven Canadian building standards to design homes that are durable, energy-efficient, and tailored for Panama’s tropical climate. This ensures that every home we build meets high-quality benchmarks.
2. Factory Construction in Panama
All construction takes place in our controlled factory environment in David, Panama. This setting allows us to maintain precision and quality at every step, free from weather-related delays. Our skilled team assembles the structural components, installs insulation, and fits essential systems like plumbing and electrical.
3. Interior Fit-Out by Pan Pacific Interiors (PPI)
Once the structure is complete, Pan Pacific Interiors (PPI) steps in to handle the interior finishes. With over a decade of experience in Panama, PPI customizes everything from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and cabinetry, ensuring each home reflects the homeowner’s style and needs. They use moisture-resistant materials suited for Panama’s climate, providing durability and comfort.
4. Site Preparation & Installation
While your home is being constructed, we prepare your site—leveling the land, setting up foundations, and ensuring utilities are in place. Once ready, the home is transported and assembled on-site efficiently. Thanks to our modular design, most homes are ready for occupancy within a few weeks.
5. Final Touches & Move-In
After installation, we conduct final inspections to ensure everything functions correctly. Homeowners can then add personal touches like landscaping or additional interior design elements. With SEED Homes LatAm, moving into your new home is a seamless and stress-free experience.
